Swiss SMEs

We prefer small and medium-sized Swiss enterprises generating up to CHF 150 million in revenue, with a core target between CHF 20 and CHF 80 million.

No sector constraints

Our curiosity and entrepreneurial approach enable us to explore all types of industries and sectors. What matters to us is the strength of your business model and the quality of your products, services, and teams.

Strong and sustainable competitive position

We prefer companies with a strong strategic position in growing markets, as this gives them a lasting competitive advantage.

Cédric Anthonioz begann seine berufliche Laufbahn im Jahr 2003 im Private Equity-Bereich als Analyst bei Vauban Partenaires in Paris und war von 2005 bis 2009 im gleichen Bereich bei Crédit Agricole (Suisse) in Genf tätig. 2009 gründete er zusammen mit Jean-Guillaume Benoît SEC Partners.

Anthonioz ist Absolvent der Ecole de Management de Lyon und verfügt über einen DESS-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften und Unternehmensfinanzierung der Université Jean Moulin in Lyon.

Nach einer ersten Tätigkeit als M&A-Analyst bei der Société Générale in Paris wurde Jean-Guillaume Benoît Vice-Président Fusions & Acquisitions bei Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Mailand und wechselte im Jahr 2004 in den Private Equity-Bereich von Crédit Agricole (Suisse) in Genf. 2009 gründete er zusammen mit Cédric Anthonioz SEC Partners.

Jean-Guillaume Benoît ist Absolvent der Ecole de Management de Lyon und des ICS in Paris.

Félix Gloor Leiter der Zürcher Niederlassung der DECALIA Capital SA

Leiter Private Equity bei DECALIA Capital in Zürich

Félix Gloor leitete drei Jahre lang die Züricher Niederlassung einer Private Equity-Gesellschaft.

Davor war er über 13 Jahre im Bereich Corporate Finance vor allem bei KPMG und Mazars tätig.

Félix Gloor verfügt über einen Master in Betriebswirtschaft der Universität St. Gallen (M.A. HSG) und ein CAS in Corporate Finance der Universität Zürich.

Pietro Milic Associate

Associate

Pietro Milic trat 2024 dem Zürcher Büro von DECALIA Capital bei.

Zuvor absolvierte er ein Anwaltspraktikum in der Kanzlei Jacquemoud Stanislas in Genf und erwarb 2024 sein Anwaltszertifikat.

Er hat einen Master in Jura von der Universität Zürich.

Rodolfo De Benedetti ist Präsident des Verwaltungsrats und Hauptaktionär der italienischen CIR-Gruppe, deren Präsident er seit 2013 ist und deren CEO er zuvor 18 Jahre lang war.

Darüber hinaus er ist ausserdem Mitglied des Vorstands von Sogefi, ist er Präsident des europäischen Beratungsausschusses der Harvard Business School und Mitglied des European Round Table of Industrialists (ERT).

Rodolfo De Benedetti war bei der Bank Lombard Odier und bei Shearson Lehman Brothers in den USA tätig.

Rodolfo Benedetti verfügt über einen Master in Volkswirtschaft und einen Master in Rechtswissenschaften der Universität Genf.

Sébastien Demole Partner und Leiter Wealth Management

Sébastien Demole begann seine berufliche Laufbahn im Jahr 2002 als Junior Trader bei der Royal Bank of Scotland in London. Zwei Jahre später wurde er nach Hongkong entsandt, um dort den Trading Desk für Aktienderivate aufzubauen. 2009 wechselte er als Trader für die Multi-Assets-Fonds zum Pariser Hedgefonds Boussard & Gavaudan Gestion. 2012 eröffnete Sébastien Demole das Family Office PerenInvest und investierte in unterschiedliche Anlageklassen, vor allem durch Direktanlagen in Private Equity.

Er verfügt über einen Licence-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Queen Mary University of London und einen MBA der französischen Wirtschaftshochschule INSEAD.

In addition to its own team, DECALIA Capital relies on the resources of DECALIA SA’s Private Markets team, particularly for marketing, finance, administration, and operations activities.
