Deputy Portfolio Manager
Armando Beninati joined Astor Investment Advisors SIM SpA, now DECALIA SIM, as part of the investment team. Prior to that, he worked as analyst in Muzinich & Co. in London and Milan within the Italian private debt team.
He holds a Bachelor in business administration from Bocconi University of Milan.
Senior Portfolio Manager
Vittorio Fumagalli joined DECALIA SIM as Senior Portfolio Manager, member of the SIM’s Investment Committee and bond specialist.
He has over 25 years of experience in financial analysis and asset management in Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland. Prior to joining DECALIA, he was private and institutional portfolio manager at SWM SwissWealth Management SA in Lugano and manager of the Erasmus Bond Fund Euro sub-fund of the Luxembourg SICAV CB-Accent LUX.
Holder of a Master in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Vittorio is a Certified European Financial Analyst and a member of the Italian Association of Financial Analysts.
Client Service Coordinator
Camillo Colombo, before joining DECALIA SIM, worked as a Business Analyst, within the EMEA Business Support team at STMicroelectronics.
Camillo Colombo holds a degree in Economics of Businesses and Markets and a Master in International Business from Cattolica University of Milan.
Senior Institutional Sales
Roberto Crisci holds a degree in Economics at Cattolica University of Milan. In 1999, he began his career as an analyst. He joined Citibank Int. Plc. He joined Astor Investment Advisors SIM in 2011, now DECALIA Asset Management SIM, focusing on corporate business development.
Business Developer & Investor Relations
Giorgia Pozzoli began her career in London in 2006 at Hadron Capital, where she was appointed Partner in 2009, managing business development for their event-driven multi-strategy platforms. From 2016 to 2023, she led Marketing and Investor Relations in Europe for Amber Capital, an alternative asset manager focused on event-driven & activist equity strategies. In this role, she spearheaded marketing and investor relations efforts while serving on the firm’s ESG Committee.
Before joining DECALIA SIM, she was in charge of European Business Development and Investor Relations at SC Lowy, focusing on distressed assets and private credit strategies. Giorgia Pozzoli brings nearly two decades of experience from strategy-focused asset management firms, reflecting her longstanding commitment to value creation through specialized investment strategies.
She holds a Master’s degree with honours in Economics and Business from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has completed CFA Level II. Moreover, Giorgia Pozzoli serves as Co-Chair of the Milan Committee for 100 Women in Finance.
Investor Relation
Aurora Girometta began her career in 2019 as a Business & IT Analyst with NTT DATA Italia. In May 2021, she joined the Italian consulting firm BIP Group as a business analyst, becoming a senior consultant in April 2022.
Aurora Girometta holds a Master in Communication and Business Organisation from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
Operations
Anna Rita Villa began her professional experience with stockbrokers, in particular Studio Albertini, which developed over the following years in the securities back office, still working for Albertini Sim and then for Dresdner Bank.
In 2005, Bank Albertini asked her to set up the middle office, for which she was responsible until she moved from Bank Albertini to the CSE.
In 2022, her experience continued at the CSE in the back office, from where she joined DECALIA the same year.
