Swiss SMEs

We prefer small and medium-sized Swiss enterprises generating up to CHF 150 million in revenue, with a core target between CHF 20 and CHF 80 million.

No sector constraints

Our curiosity and entrepreneurial approach enable us to explore all types of industries and sectors. What matters to us is the strength of your business model and the quality of your products, services, and teams.

Strong and sustainable competitive position

We prefer companies with a strong strategic position in growing markets, as this gives them a lasting competitive advantage.

Cédric Anthonioz started his career in private equity in 2003 as an analyst at Vauban Partenaires in Paris, and he continued in the field with Crédit Agricole (Switzerland) in Geneva from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, he co-founded SEC Partners with Jean-Guillaume Benoît.

A graduate of the Lyon School of Management, Cédric Anthonioz also holds a DESS in Law and corporate Finance from the Jean Moulin University in Lyon.

Jean-Guillaume Benoît started his career at Société Générale in Paris as an M&A Analyst, and he became Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions at Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Milan, before devoting himself in 2004 to private equity at Crédit Agricole (Switzerland) in Geneva. In 2009, he co-founded SEC Partners with Cédric Anthonioz.

Jean-Guillaume Benoît is a graduate of the Lyon School of Management and the ICS in Paris.

Félix Gloor was head of the Zurich office of a private equity firm for three years.

Previously, he worked for more than thirteen years in the field of corporate transactions, notably with KPMG and Mazars.

Félix Gloor holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG) and a CAS in Corporate Finance from the University of Zurich.

Rodolfo De Benedetti is currently Chairman of the Board and majority co-shareholder of the Italian group CIR since 2013, where he served as CEO for eighteen years.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sogefi. Additionally, he currently chairs the Harvard Business School’s European Advisory Board and is a member of the European Round Table of Industrialists (ERT).

Rodolfo De Benedetti also worked for Bank Lombard Odier and Shearson Lehman Brothers in the US.

He holds a Master degrees in Political Economy and Law from the University of Geneva.

Sébastien Demole Partner and Head of Wealth Management

Sébastien Demole began his career in 2002 at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, as a junior trader. Two years later, he was sent to Hong Kong to develop the equity derivative trading desk.

In 2009, he joined the Parisian hedge fund Boussard & Gavaudan Gestion as a proprietary trader for the multi-strategy fund.

Sébastien Demole opened the PerenInvest Family Office in Switzerland in 2012, where he was in charge of investments in various asset classes, such as direct deals in Private Equity.

He holds a BSc in Economics from Queen Mary, University of London and an MBA from INSEAD.

In addition to its own team, DECALIA Capital relies on the resources of DECALIA SA’s Private Markets team, particularly for marketing, finance, administration, and operations activities.
